The Spa features seven indoor treatment rooms, two of which are for couples. It is one of the many on-site facilities that are available at the resort to aid our guests in their quest for ultimate stress relief and relaxation.

Fitness Centre
The Fitness Centre is located on the ground floor near the spa. It is equipped with a treadmill and a variety of weights that can accommodate weight lifting and cross-fit style activities. There is also a space for yoga and stretching. Open 24-hour daily.
Kids Facilities
With two exclusive pools and an indoor, air-conditioned Kid’s Club located at the resort, children can experience abundance too. Both pools measure 7.5 x 7.5 m, equating to approximately 56 square meters, with depths of 0.9 m and 0.6 m, open from 6 am – 6 pm, daily. At InterContinental Bali Sanur Resort, children are treated like VIPs; the resort provides an array of daily activities to keep children amused, educated, and entertained. Activities vary depending on a daily schedule and include garland and greeting card making, paper crafts, egg hunts, games, drawing, and much more.

Sun Salutation, Yoga by the pool
Start your day with focus through a morning yoga session. Designed to access the ethereal energy that exists all around us, you will breathe, chant and meditate your way through a flow sequence of 12 elegantly linked asanas.
Morning Ride
Explore Sanur via the iconic coastal path before the midday sun comes out to play. It’s the perfect way to work up an appetite for breakfast in Pier Eight.
Canang Making and Blessing at Temple
Create a balance between God, man and the universe by making Canang Sari, a square shaped box used for the daily offering. Followed by a visit to the temple for blessings.
Aqua Aerobic
The buoyancy of water provides a supportive environment for your body, reducing strain on your muscles and joints. You also have the added benefit of being continuously cooled while you work out.
Aqua Stretching
Aqua stretching is a whole-body stretch that supports your body to follow its intuitive movements. Stretching in water helps to improve balance, strength and flexibility, without putting extra strain on the joints.
Balinese Dance Practice
Official training as a Bali dancer starts as young as seven years old, but you can start any time. Balinese dancing intensely expresses stories through the bodily gestures of fingers, hands, head and eyes so there are no excuses for not attending, especially if you have two left feet.
Kite Making and Flying
During the windiest month, you can go and compete with the locals for the position of King or Queen of the skies.
Turtle Release
It is your chance to adopt a turtle and release it back into its natural habitat via the release programme offered by the Turtle Conservation and Education Centre. This is a seasonal activity.
Bonfire and Marshmallows
Indulge in some childhood nostalgia; reminiscing on camping in the wilderness and reliving the days of roasting marshmallows over an open wood fire.
Acoustic Session
This is the session to unwind. Relaxing music, drinks flowing and have good times.
